How many complaints have been brought under the State of Jersey bullying and
harassment policies/guidelines?
Out of those complaints how many have been upheld via the internal process?
Response
Since the Individual Grievance Policy (incorporating bullying and harassment) was introduced in July 2014, there have been 38 complaints raised.
Of these, 16 relate to bullying and harassment.
Seven complaints have not been upheld, five resulted in no further action, one has been upheld and three are ongoing.
