The States of Jersey Police do not employ / maintain Special Constables.
Each of the 12 Jersey parishes maintain a voluntary Honorary police force. No Honorary officers are based at Jersey Airport although officers from the Parish of St Peter will on occasion, patrol the airport as part of their parish duties. Further information can be found at the following link:
Parish Honorary Police
No States of Jersey Police officers are based at any of the Jersey ports, on a permanent basis. All officers are based at the police station in St Helier. Special Branch officers will deploy to the Airport or Harbours when the port is operational. Uniformed officers will attend as and when required and as part of normal island patrol duties.
The Sates of Jersey Police receive no funding from Ports of Jersey.
