Recording of telephone conversations with Government Departments

Please can you advise which governments departments record telephone conversations internally and / or externally?
Please list all Governments departments and quangos that fall within Freedom of Information (FOI), who record calls and further break that down into which different business areas of each department record calls and whether these are internal and / or external calls?

In relation to the recording of telephone conversations please advise the rationale as to why the conversations are recorded in relation to each department?

Please advise whether all callers are notified that the calls are being recorded and let me have the exact wording of that notification?

If all callers are not being notified that the calls are being recorded, please can you advise why it was decided that it would not be good practice to inform all parties to the call that the call will be recorded?
Please break the above into departments that notify all callers and those that do not.

Please provide the written guidelines as to who may access these recordings

The protocols that surround this data to expressly state that the storage, recording and access are fully compliant with all Jersey data and privacy laws?
