The table below reflects the basic salary of employees of the States Employment Board and does not include any additional payments such as pension.
The basic salary is shown and has not been adjusted for part-time hours. For fixed term contracts, the basic salary band shown below is equivalent to an annual salary for that role. When their contract ceases, they would no longer appear below.
Those recorded in the system as zero-hours, variable staff and non-states workers, including board appointees, for whom it would be difficult or not representative to calculate an annualised salary, have been excluded.
Employees who have more than one job as our employees will have each discrete role included in the calculation, rather being shown once as an aggregate salary for all jobs.
