Please supply the following in respect of accommodation either owned or let to the Health and Community Services Department for the use of its key worker staff:

In respect of accommodation let by Andium Homes to the Health Department at Hue Court, as at the date when this request is answered, how many such flats were occupied and how many were unoccupied with no new residents set to move in? Please break these figures down into:

i) One bed flats;

ii) Two bed flats.

In respect of accommodation let by Andium Homes to the Health Department at Plaisant Court, as at the date when this request is answered, how many such flats were occupied and how many were unoccupied with no new residents set to move in? Please break these figures down into:

i) Bedsits;

ii) One bed flats;

iii) Two bed flats.

In respect of other accommodation owned by the Health Department and used to house key worker staff, how many individual units of accommodation in these properties were unoccupied with no new residents set to move in at the date when this request is answered?

Within HCS owned portfolio the following vacancies are as follows:

Rooms in shared houses: 18 (a number of these rooms have just been vacated as agency staff are now returning to the UK).

Bed-sits: three.

One bed flats: One (under redecoration).

Two bed flats: One (unusable – damp problems being investigated).

Two bed house: One (reserved for new permanent member of staff).

Three bed houses: One (reserved for new permanent member of staff).

There are currently three shared houses off-line for redecoration, however these will be back on-line shortly to utilise for the on-going medical student programme and Doctors Changeover.
