Request
I am looking for some information regarding the procurement / commissioning of private agencies to conduct market research (qualitative and quantitative).
From Jan 2013 present, how much has the States of Jersey paid private companies to conduct various forms of market research eg Disability Survey (2015)?
Please can you break this down into annual spend per year for the period?
Please can you detail the total number of commissioned market research projects per year for the period.
Please can you break down the annual spends (above) into different States departments for whom the research was for.
Please can you provide the names of the companies used to undertake the research. Please indicate what percentage of research projects went through a tendering process.
Please detail what the total amount payable by the SoJ to Public Perspectives for the recent
Disability Survey (Jersey Health & Life Opportunities Survey).
Response
The table below shows year on year the cost, department, company and name of research and if a tendering process was completed.
No other departments apart from those on the spreadsheet have procured any private agencies or companies to conduct market research from January 2013 to the date of this response.
