Jersey Sport were the organisers of the event and maintained all records of attendance. No public money was spent on the event directly or through re-purposing of the Jersey Sport grant from Government of Jersey.
The information sought is not held by Government. Article 10(1) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 requires the disclosure of information held by a scheduled public authority. It does not require a public authority to provide information that is not held by it.

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), if –
(a) a person makes a request for information to a scheduled public authority; and
(b) the authority does not hold the information,
