Please may you specify the number of prisoners from the UK who have been transferred from HMP La Moye to prisons outside of the island in 2020 and 2019?

Please also outline how many prisoners from (place of birth) the UK remained at La Moye in 2020 and 2019.

If possible, can you also specify the number of prisoners who requested a transfer and the number who were transferred without making a request in 2019 and 2020

Data is based on prisoners that have recorded their place of birth as the UK (including Northern Ireland). All were transferred to the UK.
2019 - Eight prisoners were transferred
2020 - Seven prisoners were transferred

To answer this question, we took the data of all New Receptions in 2019 and 2020 whose place of birth is in the UK and with effect 22 June 2021 recorded whether they are still in custody at HMP La Moye. To put the data in perspective other reasons for prisoners no longer being in custody have been given. Findings as follows:

In 2019 one transfer was made without a request on medical grounds.
No transfers were made in 2020 without a request.
