Request
How many records (minutes) of meetings of competent authorities have been signed up to 13 June? If not signed how many have been formally approved by the relevant ministers?
Please provide the dates of the relevant meetings.
Response
As of 13 June 2021, the Competent Authorities Ministers (C.A.M.) had held 50 meetings, the minutes of which had been prepared by the Secretariat Officer team at the States Greffe. None had been approved or signed by C.A.M. as of that date.
The dates of the meetings held as of 13 June 2021 are listed in the PDF document below. Where dates are marked with an asterisk (*) this indicates that these minutes have subsequently been either approved or substantially approved, subject to fact checking.
