Minutes of meetings from the Economic Recovery Political Oversight Group and the Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel

Paperwork relating to the Minister for Treasury and Resources decision to grant money to the Morel Farm project

Please also provide the terms of reference against which applications for fiscal stimulus monies were assessed.

Fiscal Stimulus Fund Tranche Two recommendations

There was a set of criteria for the Expression of Interest and for the Business Cases which were based on the central tenets of Timely, Temporary and Targeted as set out in the proposition (P.128/2020). We have an intention to publish the criteria alongside a report on the allocations of the Fiscal Stimulus Fund. The estimated timeframe for this at present is by October 2021.

Article 10 Obligation of scheduled public authority to confirm or deny holding information
(1) Subject to paragraph (2), if –
(a) a person makes a request for information to a scheduled public authority; and
(b) the authority does not hold the information,
it must inform the applicant accordingly.
Article 26 Information supplied in confidence
Information is absolutely exempt information if –
(a) it was obtained by the scheduled public authority from another person (including another public authority); and
(b) the disclosure of the information to the public by the scheduled public authority holding it would constitute a breach of confidence actionable by that or any other person.
