Please provide the infection control and prevention monthly reports dating from September 2019 to the present date.

The reports are prepared by Health and Community Services, and may themselves be found as a section of a wider report from the Quality, Performance and Risk Committee.

IPAC Reports (Redacted)

Small numbers potentially identify patients, and as such are subject to disclosure control. Therefore any figures that are fewer than five have been redacted, as has any information that relates to any individual. Where there is a cumulative figure (whole year, rather than month, for example), which totals more than five, the figure has been left in.

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.

(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –

(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018; and

(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.
