Compliance officers visits to Field G506A, La Rue de Fauvic (FOI)

This request is related to Field G506A, La Rue de Fauvic, Grouville.

Three different Compliance Officers from Planning have visited this site to review the activities of the current owner in September 2020, December 2020; January 2021 and latterly in April 2021. If possible I would like to see these reports.

The information you have requested is exempt under Article 42 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 as it relates to a live Compliance Case.

Whilst disclosure of the information would support transparency, promote accountability to the general public and provide confirmation that necessary actions are taking place, the investigations in this matter remain ongoing.

As such we believe that disclosure of these records would likely prejudice the outcome and the result of the case and that this potential prejudice outweighs the public interest in favour of disclosure at this time.
