Modernisation and Digital are estimated to spend approximately £200,000 if all candidates recruited are external to the Government of Jersey. This is based on five candidates being assessed per role and all roles within the Target Operating Model being recruited to.
The figure above includes the cost of testing, but this cost is dependent on the number of candidates per role so is an estimate for budgeting purposes.
