Response
Communications in relation to seagull disturbance are actioned as necessary by the relevant sections of Infrastructure, Housing and Environment, however, they are not generally recorded as formal complaints. Government do not deal directly with nuisance Seagulls, although words of advice are given to those who are reported as feeding them.
A review of our records has shown that there have been verbal communications with one customer in relation to seagulls in the area you have specified, during the period requested.
The customer was given advice over the telephone but no records were retained regarding the content of these conversations.
Please note that the following parties outside of the Government of Jersey may have received complaints in relation to seagulls in this area, therefore, you may wish to contact them directly.
