How many tonnes of Co2 emissions have been calculated regarding the complete construction (ie transport / manufacture of materials, concrete drying and so on) for the new hospital?

This information is not held. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied
However, a site-wide sustainability strategy is under development, which will consider materials (build less, build clever, optimise) and energy (lean, clean, green). The overall aim is to reduce the environmental impact of the building and maximise the operational performance.
Indicative Key Performance Indicators and Targets will also be developed and agreed in the next stage of design. The hospital design is an iterative process, and the calculation of CO2 emissions will only be possible when the designs are more developed and there is more certainty regarding the components to be used. At this point, the design can be compared to the agreed KPI and target.
