Can you please provide us with a monthly breakdown of average waiting times for an ambulance for the year to date as well as for the five years prior?

Can you please provide us with the longest waiting time recorded each month for the year to date, as well as for the five years prior?

On 1 August 2021, how many vacancies were there in the ambulance service? What was the vacancy rate? Please provide the average vacancy rate per month for 2020 and 2021 so far, and on an annual basis for the five years prior.

As at 1 August 2021, how many members of staff in the Ambulance service were on short-term or temporary contracts?

Please also provide the number of Ambulance staff recruited on short-term or temporary contracts in 2019 and 2020.

Data from previous years has been re-mapped to current categories. Comparison of response times over the years must take into account that these were not the standards that were in place at the time of the call being taken.
Over the years in question where different code sets have been in use, they have been mapped to the latest code set where possible, but where not possible to map across, it has been assumed that:
