There is no record of any correspondence between the Director of Canbedone Productions and the Government of Jersey over the last seven years. However, it is a matter of public record that there was oral contact with the Director of Canbedone Productions and GOJ during the first quarter of 2016, therefore Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.

There is no record of any correspondence made between the GOJ or a member of Canbedone Productions over the last seven years, other than the oral contact detailed in the response to question A above.

There is no record of further efforts to retrieve or investigate the £200,000 grant given to Canbedone Productions over the past seven years, nor since the answer to a previous Freedom of Information response concerning the preparation of audited accounts for Canbedone Ltd was published on 4 August 2015 which is available on www.gov.je.
