The Health and Community Services (HCS) Board used to meet publicly every month and I understand that during the Covid crisis this would no longer have been possible. They surely would have met via Zoom or some other platform though, although it appears that these meetings have not been advertised publicly which they should have been.

Please provide minutes of these meetings.

Please state where these minutes will be recorded for public viewing going forward and how the public will be notified about the meetings.

Please provide dates for the next meetings scheduled.
