It seems that the Freedom of Information process falls short on delivering responses within the 20 working days set timeframe. It seems that the Health Department in particular usually fail to respond in time.

Can you please tell me how many requests have been sent which fall within the Health and Community Services (HCS) sector in the last three years?

Please note that under Article 13 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 a Scheduled Public Authority may seek an extension of time to provide a response up to, and not exceeding, 65 working days.
