If “Yes”, then please provide the following details:
Disease area, provider included in the gainshare agreement, names of any specific drugs involved, how will savings be apportioned between you and the provider?

By gainshare agreement I mean one where the benefits associated with more efficient us of medicines not reimbursed through national prices is shared between the provider and the clinical commissioning group party to the agreement.

The Health and Social Services Department is independent of the NHS and does not operate under NHS protocol.
There are no gainshare agreements in place between the Health and Social Services Department and any provider.
