Response
A
This information is not held.
B
The Government of Jersey does not record whether an individual is a veteran as a standard, and therefore, this is information not held.
C
Health and Community Services (HCS) does not record whether a patient is a veteran as standard, and therefore, this is information not held, and HCS is unable to identify the care packages provided to veterans specifically.
D
Veterans have access to services based on need, and the care package provided will be that which is most appropriate. The Adult Mental Health provision is, however, operating a new trauma pathway designed specifically to deal with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
E
The Jersey Armed Forces steering group have met nine times since the Council of Ministers signed the Armed Forces Covenant.
The dates they were held are:
- 27 April 2015
- 29 June 2015
- 23 November 2015
- 21 Feb 2017
- 13 April 2017
- 30 May 2017
- 28 July 2017
- 25 October 2017
- 14 Jan 2022
F
The Armed Forces Steering Group is comprised of both civilian officials and veterans (Government officials, politicians, and third sector partners, as prescribed in the Armed Forces and Community Covenant).
We do not record whether a point made in a meeting is made specifically by a veteran and so this information is not held. Where information is 'not held', Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
