I would like to know the details of what has been said by States Members and the civil service in relation to actions taken by the Austrian government against its citizens that do not wish to submit to mRNA vaccination against covid 19.
Response
As no specific timeframe was given, and following national media attention on the subject, a review has been undertaken since the beginning of December 2021. No information is held of any Ministers or Civil Servants having held discussions relating to actions taken by the Austrian government against its citizens that do not wish to submit to mRNA vaccination against COVID-19. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
Please note that individual States members are not covered by the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011. States Members do not have any obligations under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 in an individual capacity and are not listed as a scheduled public authority.

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –
(a) it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or
(b) it is held by another person on behalf of the authority.
