The attached spreadsheet provides a list of recorded one to one meetings between consultants and the Our Hospital Clinical Director.
The list provides the available information collated from a number of sources.
It is not an exhaustive list of all meetings held, for example, if meetings took place that had not been formally arranged in advance. However, it is a record of the information that is held.
The Clinical Director has also met with many hospital consultants in group forums, rather than one to one meetings, which are the subject of a previous Freedom of Information request.
