Can you please advise whether any discussions have taken place with any local or overseas builders or developers with regard to the development of St Saviour's hospital and the surrounding site as housing? This should include Clinique Pinel, Rosewood House and all associated buildings.

If such discussions have taken place, could you please advise what thought has been given to the need for an additional school for the children from the families which would be housed there?

What thought has been given to the traffic problem with regard to the many additional journeys such a village could generate, especially during rush hour traffic?

There have been no formal discussions with developers regarding this Government site. It has however been identified as a potential site for housing in the "Publicly owned sites for Housing" report published in November 2021.

No consideration for a school and traffic assessment has yet been carried out. Any such assessment may be carried out as part of the development appraisal of the site as and when it comes forward.
