Could you confirm in numbers without identifying anyone how many surgical procedures were performed in Jersey General hospital between the period of 2012-2022.
If you cannot provide a 10 year basis if it could be broken down to a yearly basis.
If there isn’t data for the full term asked for could any data that’s held in relation to this be given.
Within this can you show how many surgical procedures were related to or specific to abdominally classed hernias and not restricted to the following type:
- Epigastric.
- Spigelian.
- Umbilical.
- Incisional.
- Inguinal.
- Hiatus.
Within this could these specific surgeries be classed into sex without identifying persons as to what % was male or female.
Can you provide without naming persons Jersey based statistics of how many women were fitted with a TVT or TVTo equivalent or similar surgical device for Stress Urinary Incontinence, or indeed Pelvic floor Prolapse within the last 5 years.
Could you provide any information without identifying any person as to how many persons or operations were performed here in Jersey whereby patients were fitted with a surgically implantable prosthesis such as and not limited to
- Hips replacements ( all types)
- Knee replacements (all types)
- Plastic surgical mesh ( all types)
- Pacemakers.( all types).

The table below shows the count of operations performed at Jersey General Hospital per year. This includes main theatres, day surgery and minor ops. Each episode of care is counted once only, meaning a patient who had multiple operations during an inpatient stay would only appear once in the count.
