Response
The mural on the Normans Building has not been commissioned by the Government of Jersey.
ArtHouse Jersey are an independent arts organisation who the Government of Jersey grant fund. However, the Government has not provided a specific grant to support the mural, nor do they have any direct control over the ArtHouse Jersey programmes.
Therefore, the information requested is not held, in accordance with Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.
