Request
Who built the concrete causeway out to St Aubin's Fort and in what year?
Response
The Government of Jersey does not hold information regarding when and who built the causeway out to St Aubin's Fort, therefore, Article 10 of the Freedom of information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
Attached are photos of St Aubin's Fort from 1942 and 1944. The causeway can only be seen on the later photo. Therefore, it is likely that the causeway was built during the German occupation along with other concrete constructions and it pre-dates the 1964 Planning Law.
