Please provide any information of any Court case involving the installation of a 3G football pitch in Jersey. Please include any past, present or future cases. Also include any Court case involving noise issues that have been generated by the installation of a 3G pitch near domestic properties. 

Response 

All judgments of the Royal Court are published on Jersey Law | Home (jerseylaw.je). There is one published case described in the following judgment which was related to the installation of fencing and gates around a new Astroturf pitch.

No records are held of any court case involving noise issues that have been generated by the installation of a 3G pitch near domestic properties.
