Council of Minister meeting minutes from 1985 (FOI)

Please could you supply copies of minutes of whatever the equivalent of Council of Ministers meetings were from July to December 1985. This request is make in the spirit of the UK government's 30 year rule. If, for any reason, information held from more than 30 years ago is still considered private, please could you supply redacted versions of the documents.
