The health minister has stated that there will be several questionnaires sent out to a sample of households in Jersey with regard to Healthcare. One being how healthcare is funded. The public do not trust the way these surveys are being carried out.
Why does the minister not hold a full referendum on healthcare?

Information is not held by the Minister for Health and Social Services or the department of Health and Community Services to answer the question posed. Therefore, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
Freedom of Information is a mechanism to enable access to information held in recorded form by a Scheduled Public Authority. Alternative mechanisms exist to pose questions to States Members for comment, either by contacting the individual(s), or submitting a question to all elected States Members.
