Oversight Board Jersey Care Model.

Set up under R.73/2022. In July 2022 (just after the elections) the JCM was suspended by the new Health Minister.

Please confirm if the Oversight Board has been suspended, and if so the date please?

Response

The Independent Oversight Board for the Jersey Care Model (JCM) was informed of the decision to pause all activity prior to the planned monthly review session scheduled for 17 August 2022 and have not met on island to review the JCM since that date.
