Cost of Government of Jersey events 2022 to 17 November 2022 (FOI)

From 1 January 2022 to 17 November 2022, please provide the total spent on all events organised or run by the Government - either in Jersey or anywhere else in the world. Please provide a list showing:

i) location of the event.

ii) total spent on room hire.

iii) total spent on alcohol.

iv) total spent on non-alcoholic drinks.

v) total spent on food.

vi) total spent on staffing the event (hospitality staff / entertainment staff / security staff etc).

vii) any other spend on the event (eg equipment hire, room dressing, transport to and from the event for guests etc).

In addition to the information requested above, for the London reception hosted by the Chief Minister and External Relations Minister on 16 November 2022, please also provide a list showing:

i) total number of Jersey government representatives to attend, broken down by politician / civil servant / usual place of work (eg Jersey, London or elsewhere)

ii) total cost of flights to get representatives usually based in Jersey to London for that event, including class of ticket

iii) total cost of hotels or other accommodation for those representatives for the duration of their stay in London

iv) total spent by those representatives on taxis or other forms of transport for the duration of their stay in London

v) total spent by those representatives on food, from the moment they got to Jersey Airport to depart for London, until the moment they touched down at Jersey Airport, returning from the trip.
