Maintenance and cleaning of La Place Le Couteur, Grouville (FOI)

I would like to establish the agreement that has been made with the contractors to clean and maintain the estate of La Place Le Couteur, La Ru Horman, Gorey, Grouville. 

The parish have advised this road is government owned and they are not responsible for the maintenance, they suggested to speak with Andium Homes - this estate is private with a small number of social rental. 

I have contacted Andium who have advised they cannot provide the information.

My specific question is - who is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the estate, for example,  gardens, pavements and roads and more specifically when? (My reasons for this request is - this has not been attended to for a number of months and the estate is looking a mess).

Response

The Government of Jersey records show that the estate of La Place Le Couteur is owned by Andium Homes.

Therefore, no information is held by the Government of Jersey and Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

(a) a person makes a request for information to a scheduled public authority; and

(b) the authority does not hold the information, it must inform the applicant accordingly.
