Response

1 to 4. Beach parking permits, which are issued on an annual basis, allow the holder to park on both the beaches at St Brelade and La Haule and therefore no data is available which gives an individual breakdown per location.

The total permits granted and refused and are as follows:

5 and 6. Permission is not required from the Economic Development Tourism Sport and Culture Department to hold an event on a beach other than to hold a meeting at which any musical instrument or and apparatus for the transmission, reception, reproduction or amplification of sound, speech or images by electrical or mechanical means is used. 

I can confirm that no events / functions have been permitted or refused from 2012 to 2015.
