Request

For the Jersey Redress Scheme, what are the final figures (that is, finalised after the Closing Report -October 2021 for part 2 applications:

A

Value settled, not including therapy monies?

B

Total number settled?

Response

The closing report for the Jersey Redress scheme set out that there were two outstanding Part 2 applications which were awaiting settlement at the point of publication. Neither application was settled post publication, hence the total value settled, and total numbers settled are as per the Jersey Redress Scheme Closing Report.

This report is publicly available on the Government of Jersey website and can be accessed via the link below. Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.
