In accordance with the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 on public authorities, I would be grateful if you could supply me with the following information:

How many prisoners convicted of Burglary offences have been granted ROTL (released on temporary licence) in the last Five years?

Response

Under Jersey Law there is no offence of burglary and we are, therefore, unable to respond to the request.
