Response
The Minister delegates his authority to Ports of Jersey which, in turn, worked with the Jersey Lifeboat Association (a process observed by the UK Maritime and Coastguards Agency) to agree remedies leading towards the re-declaration of the Jersey Lifeboat Association.
The Government of Jersey was not copied into the direct correspondence between Ports of Jersey and the Jersey Lifeboat Association and is therefore not in possession of the enclosure requested. Ports of Jersey was exercising a process as part of its delegated function. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
