I would like to know what rentals are currently being charged to Hospital personnel currently residing at Westaway Court, and
B
Whether they differ from Social Housing rentals for similar accommodation supplied by Andium Homes and the Jersey Housing Trust?
Response
As noted in a Freedom of Information response published to www.gov.je in March 2023, keyworker rental rates are agreed between the department and the occupier based on several factors.
The matter has also been addressed recently in Assembly Questions, and the response is available on the States Assembly website:
