Response

As noted in the referenced Freedom of Information response, Health and Community Services (HCS) is a predominantly clinically-led organisation, with many teams led or managed by doctors, nurses and Allied Health Professionals, as relevant to the service area. Non-clinical management forms circa 1.7% of the total substantive Whole Time Equivalent HCS workforce, and 2% of the total budget.

The salary of the Chief Officer for Health and Community Services is detailed in the Government of Jersey Annual Accounts, published on www.gov.je.
