The role of Associate Director Engagement and Participation for CYPES was advertised in April 2022 as an interim appointment internally within CYPES.

The starting salary is determined though comparisons with the other CYPES Associate Director roles in terms of responsibility, accountability, complexity, and the multi-disciplinary nature of these senior roles.

The Associate Director roles range between grade 14 to executive spot salary. The salary range for these roles is £85,000 to £115,000. The Department has determined that to provide the exact salary for this individual role would likely breach personal data therefore Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.
