Please provide the responses for the 2023 Haute Vallee anonymous staff wellbeing survey.

Response

The Haute Vallee anonymous staff wellbeing survey 2023 is conducted as a confidential staff survey within school.

The information gleaned from the survey is the foundation to identify improvements for staff within the school and provide an opportunity for staff to request additional support for their wellbeing. The co-operation of employees was gained with the understanding that this was an internal process. Disclosure of this information may limit the willingness of employees to provide their honest views and feedback in future surveys. This could hamper the school’s ability to effectively support their staff.

It has been determined that to release this information would breach the confidence of those staff members that have completed the survey therefore Article 26 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) 2011 Law has been applied.

Article applied

Article 26 - Information supplied in confidence

Information is absolutely exempt information if –

(a) it was obtained by the scheduled public authority from another person (including another public authority); and

(b) the disclosure of the information to the public by the scheduled public authority holding it would constitute a breach of confidence actionable by that or any other person.
