Please provide figures on how much it cost to implement and enforce the Road Traffic (No. 68) (JERSEY) Regulations 2021 legislation concerning cats hit by vehicles.
Response
The Government of Jersey and States of Jersey Police did not maintain records regarding the cost incurred to develop and enact this legislation. Costs in relation to the enforcement of this legislation are also not recorded.
The majority of the work would have been undertaken as part of business as usual functions and the officers time is generally not recorded, therefore, the requested information is not held and Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

Article 10 - Obligation of scheduled public authority to confirm or deny holding Information
(1) Subject to paragraph (2), if –
(a) a person makes a request for information to a scheduled public authority; and
(b) the authority does not hold the information, it must inform the applicant accordingly.
