Please provide the Environmental Impact Assessment report and Bat Protection report that were produced to assess the Northern Leaf, Retreat Farm site prior to demolition of the glasshouses.
The ongoing noise and sound pollution will need immediate attention and should be covered in the EIA.
Response
An Environmental Impact Assessment and Bat Protection report were not required in relation to planning application P/2021/1705 for the demolition of the existing glasshouse and construction of a new glasshouse at the referenced site. Therefore, this information is not held, and Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
