A

The information requested is not held by the Government of Jersey; therefore Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

B

Data is not held regarding the food produced ‘weekly’ for local consumption or export, including the destination, although the majority (over 90%) of export would be to the UK. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

The annual estimate is:

  • Export 30,000 tonnes (varies according to growing season)
  • Local market 10,000 tonnes.
