Please provide information on all current and past Government of Jersey ministers with either direct or indirect (through family members or companies) investment or involvement in Northern Leaf.

The requirement for States Members to declare their interests is detailed within Schedule 2 of the Standing Orders of the States of Jersey -

The relevant sections are section 1 which requires Members to detail employment, offices, directorships and partnerships, and section 3 which requires Members to provide detail of shareholdings held by him or her, or on his or her behalf. Members are only required to declare shareholdings where –
a) the nominal value of the shares are greater than 1% of the total value of the issued share capital of the company; or
b) the market value of the shares exceed half of the amount that the member is entitled to receive, in his or her capacity as a member of the States of Jersey, by way of remuneration (including any allowance).

No current Member has declared an interest in Northern Leaf.
Previous Members files have been reviewed from 30 April 2019 (the date of incorporation of Northern Leaf Limited) to date. No declarations of interest in Northern Leaf have been identified.
This response has been issued on behalf of the States Greffe. The States Greffe is responsible for the information held by (and on behalf of) both itself and the States Assembly.
