Government of Jersey contract with Pfizer (FOI)

In South Africa a judgment was handed down in the Pretoria High Court on 17 August 2023. The judge compelled the National Department of Health to provide access to the COVID-19 vaccine procurement contracts. The judgement and various contracts can be downloaded here:

The Pfizer contract in para 5.5 states, "Purchaser further acknowledges that the long-term effects and efficacy of the Vaccine are not currently known and that there may be adverse effects of the Vaccine that are not currently known." In that instance, the Purchaser is the South African Government and they signed the contract on 1 April 2021.

Did the Government of Jersey sign a contract with Pfizer which contained the same wording?  If so, on what date was this contrct signed?

Can the public, who accepted the vaccine on the basis that it was 'safe and effective' view a copy of this contract?

Jersey obtained Covid vaccines from the centralised UK supply chain and made no direct contract arrangements with manufacturers.​
