Response
A and B
Revenue Jersey is aware that around 90 taxpayers recently received a letter stating that they owed outstanding tax. The letters were correct as to the amount of tax due but should not have been sent out as the tax was being collected through their ITIS payments, and no action was required. Revenue Jersey took immediate action to help affected taxpayers and apologised accordingly.
C
No compensation payments have been made in the last 12 months.
