Could I please have a copy of all minutes taken in meetings of the Board of the Jersey Innovation Fund?

I can confirm that the public authority holds this information. 

However, this information is exempt under Article 33(b) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 and cannot be released. See explanation details below.

Information is qualified exempt information if – (b) its disclosure would, or would be likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of a person (including the scheduled public authority holding the information).
