Response
A
There are two recruitment websites, the current main site is Jobs in Jersey (gov.je), the Jersey Public Service Careers website where the government jobs are advertised, however, this website is currently transitioning to the new central website:
Jersey Public Service Careers (gov.je)
There are also the following microsites:
Customer & Local Services:
CLS careers (gov.je)
Justice & Home Affairs (Police, Fire, Ambulance Services and Customs and Prison):
JHA careers (gov.je)
Education:
Education careers (gov.je)
Early in careers:

Health Careers:
Health & Nursing Careers in Jersey (gov.je)

As well as the Modernisation and Digital department, external companies are also used to assist with the microsites. Further details are considered commercially sensitive and therefore exempt under article 33(b) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey)Law 2011.
Please note that these companies abide by the government guidelines on website site development, security and accessibility standards.
C
Multiple microsites have allowed swift development for targeted areas of recruitment needs, facilitating the conveyancing of the existing employee stories and allowing candidates to directly access to the correct information.
Microsites have been built for critical roles including Teachers and Nurses which at the time allowed the government to provide a crucial information portal for potential candidates to explore and to convert them to make an application for a vacant position. This is evidenced by the successful campaign to recruit teachers and teaching assistants in 2023.
