There are two free non-disabled public parking spaces available within the hospital parking spaces for blood donors.
D
The Government of Jersey does not hold the requested information as only annual income figures can be calculated which covers all car parks.
It is not possible to provide annual income figures per car park or for a specific level since paycards are still in use. The sale of the paycards and not their use in a car park is used in the income calculation since the specific floor information is not recorded.
Therefore, Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
E and F
The Government of Jersey does not hold the requested information since parking fines are recorded in relation to the car park and are not referenced to a specific floor, such as the hospital level.
Therefore, Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
G and H
The Government of Jersey does not hold the requested information as referenced in the response to Question F.
It should be noted that disputes are also received that relate to an incorrectly scratched paycard and the customer would not be required to specify which floor they were parked on.
It is not possible to determine which disputes were successful for this area since it is not possible to establish which relate to the hospital level.
Therefore, Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
I
As detailed in the responses above the Government of Jersey does not hold the requested data, therefore, comparable data is not held and Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.
J
The Government of Jersey does not hold the requested data relating to the specified location on the Parade, therefore, Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
It should be noted that only the street name and not a specific area can be input into the PaybyPhone app when making a payment for parking.
The parking outside of Accident and Emergency is not the only parking available along the parade, therefore, it is not possible to specify which fines relate to the requested spaces.
